We accept payments via PIX, bank slip (boleto), debit card, and credit card (with installment options available depending on checkout conditions).

2. What is the production time for the products?

Our items are handmade, and the production time varies depending on the product. The estimated production time is indicated on each product page. This time must be added to the shipping period.

3. What is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout, based on the total purchase value and the delivery address, before completing the order.

4. How are the orders shipped?

We ship through Correios (Brazilian Post) and partner carriers, according to the option selected at checkout.

5. Which regions do you deliver to?

We deliver orders to the entire national territory (Brazil).

6. What is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the type of shipping method chosen and the destination region. On average, deliveries take between 3 and 7 business days after the production of the item.

7. What is the deadline to request an exchange?
