The production time is indicated on each product page and begins after payment confirmation.
During periods of high demand, production times may be adjusted and will always be updated on the product pages.
1. Shipping Time
After production is completed, the order will be shipped.
The delivery time consists of:
- production time
- shipping time
Shipping time varies according to the destination ZIP code and the selected shipping method, and is automatically calculated at checkout.
2. Shipping Methods
We work with different shipping options through partner platforms such as Melhor Envio and Nuvem Envio, which offer various carriers.
Available options, delivery times, and costs are displayed at checkout, allowing you to choose the best alternative.
3. International Shipping
International shipments are carried out by partner logistics providers, which may include postal services or other carriers, depending on availability.
In exceptional situations that may impact international logistics — such as operational restrictions, regulatory factors, or external events — shipping may be temporarily unavailable. In such cases, the order will be canceled and the full amount will be refunded to the customer.
Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination country and are informed at checkout.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, as well as the weight and volume of the product, and the selected shipping method.
For orders delivered within Brazil, we offer free shipping on purchases over R$ 350.00 (approximately U$D70.50).
For orders below this amount, the shipping cost will be displayed at checkout according to the selected option.
For international orders, shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
After shipping, you will receive a tracking code to monitor your delivery directly on the carrier’s website.
6. Delivery Responsibility
After dispatch, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
Mini Essence Atelier is not responsible for:
- delays caused by factors beyond its control
- failed delivery attempts due to recipient absence
- incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout
7. Possible Delays
Although we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to external factors such as:
- weather conditions
- strikes
- high logistics demand
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If the order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment may be carried out upon payment of a new shipping fee.
